Dear Friend,

It is absolutely amazing being able to see the Word of God producing results in the lives of people. We continue to see people saved, healed and set free when they discover who God truly is.

Recently, we went to an area where there are government apartments and were able to minister the gospel to people. There are actually multitudes of these types of areas throughout Durban. Where we went, the people were truly open to the gospel.

Before we journeyed to that particular area, we prayed that as we entered people's homes, God would draw the people, as people heard that we were "in the house". I had just read Mark 2:1-2, which says, "1And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house. Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them."

As we entered the first apartment and began to minister the gospel, a few people began to come in, one being a Hindu man. We talked about Jesus bearing our sin and our sickness and how that God loves us and all we need to do is believe in what Jesus did for us, in our place. We then asked the Hindu man if he believed in Jesus.

After hearing what we had told him, he wanted to receive Jesus. We then asked about his body and if he needed to be healed. He had been suffering constantly with migraine headaches and also lung problems for quite some time. After praying, he was instantly healed of his migraine and when we prayed for his lungs and they were also instantly healed.

He then left, so we turned our attention to the others in the apartment. We began to notice that people kept coming into the apartment, so we had to start over quite a few times. We discovered later, that the man who had received Jesus and been healed, was standing outside telling people who walked by, "Go into this apartment for salvation!" It got pretty crowded in that little apartment.

Everyone readily received, as the love of God was ministered to them. Many stated that they were believers and had attended church, but when we asked them what they believed, they couldn't tell us. So we made sure they understood what Jesus had done so their faith would be specific and in the right place.

We saw every person receive healing and get excited about God and the truth of the gospel. One lady had a fractured leg and she could hardly walk. After praying for her, she was jumping on her leg and crying with excitement as she realized Jesus had healed her instantly.

Another lady had been in a terrible accident a few days before. She had been to the hospital and had treatment for various injuries. She was in a tremendous amount of pain and could hardly move her arm, her chest (which crashed into the steering wheel) was damaged, as well as other areas of her body. As we prayed for each part of her body, she was stunned and blessed at the same time as Jesus healed each place instantly.

I know that you would have liked to have seen pictures and video clips of what happened, but I didn't feel comfortable bringing my camera with me since it was the first time I had been in that area ministering to those people.

Can you see the potential? We sure can! We are planning on starting a bible school in January where the vision will be to equip and train people in the Word of God and to give them practical ministry opportunities in reaching people with the Gospel. Those same people will have their own discipleship groups with those reached, which will produce an ongoing cycle of people reached and discipled, over and over again.

We have been going on different ministry excursions with people from our discipleship groups. We don't have a lot of people yet in our groups, but people are excited about going to bible school and reaching people. Those that went with us on ministry trips were so stirred up because they were able to minister to people and see them get saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit and healed. They can't wait to go back out and minister to people.

Remember, none of this is possible without you. You make it possible to reach people with the Good News of the Gospel and to train ministers.
